Purchasing pythons from us is as easy as...

1. Select your favorite animals from our Avaliable page. Double check to be sure the genotype (genetic make-up), phenotype (appearance), and gender are exactly what you want. If you don't see what you want, inquire anyway--we just might be holding back some animals for our breeding projects that you could talk us out of!
2. Contact us with any questions you might have. We will update you on the current weight and feeding information plus provide you with any anecdotal information that may be of interest to you. There is no such thing as a "stupid question"--especially if you are new to the business, so let us help you get the information you need to be successful with your animal. 3. Payment arrangements can be finalized when we talk. We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover or money orders (U.S. Post Office only). We can take your credit card directly over the phone. Our transaction system does not store your card number. Your security is guarded as much as we guard our own.
Discounts and Payment Plans
We receive many requests for discounts and for short term payment plans. Regarding short term payment plans, our policy has been recently updated based on data over the past year. When we agree to a payment plan, the desired animals are taken off the market, are fed at our expense, cared for, and held in reserve until full payment is made and shipment is complete. Over the past year, 42% of our customers who have had payment plans with us have not been able to pay off their purchases, which is very unfortunate. This has hurt them and us, as we have lost other possibilities to sell those animals, and they have lost whatever money they have paid on account. We want to be mindful of the crunch of the current economy, so here is our updated policy:
On any sale over $400 that is paid for in full at the time of purchase, we are offering a 10% discount on the price of the animals. On payment plans of 30 days or less, a 5% discount applies. On payment plans that extend to 60 days (our limit), no discount will be offered. If payment deadline is not met, instead of losing all money on account, we invite our customers to select an alternate animal up to the value of the amount paid on account including shipping. For example, if a default order had $200 paid on account, the customer could select an animal for about $150, and allowing for $50 shipping, the $200 on account would be spent. Please note that on animals advertised with free shipping, no other discount applies.

All animals produced by Regius Pythons have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health so long as the temperature is between 60 and 90 degrees Farenheit. All animals will be honestly represented, healthy, feeding, and sexed correctly, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Return Policy - Upon receiving your order, you have a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you feel the ball python you purchased does not meet your expectations, please phone immediately to arrange a refund. A full refund requires animals be returned alive and healthy at your expense within 48 hours of receipt. Your shipping expense is not refundable. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you fail to pick up your order on the day it arrives or are not present to sign for overnight delivery, the guarantee is void. Refunds may be made as cash, credit, or check, at our discretion. If the animal(s) you purchased were paid for through a payment plan, your initial deposit is non-refundable as agreed to in the terms of the plan itself. All sales are final after 30 days.
All our ball pythons hatched at our facility are sold with feeding/record charts and genealogical data. Genetic documentation consists of a color image of the animal, and lineage data. Color images of every animal sold are retained so that if the animal is re-sold, future buyers can verify the specifics of the animal directly from Reguis Pythons.
